I submitted a claim with the iTunes store. The problem was I downloaded a song with clean lyrics and for some reason the lyrics were not clean. I submitted the problem, within 16hrs they responded and gave me a song credit since I could not use the explicit version. I was told they will notify me once the problem is fully investigated, but they gave the credit trusting that I was correct. This is great service in my book! There is only one flaw, will I ever get my song? Only time will tell, but at-least for the current time, I am not out my dollar!
