Today, I listened to Pat Flynn’s smart passive income podcast, he interviewed Chris Guthrie of Makemoneyonetheinternet.com the podcast topic introduced something completely new to me. This new thing was buying and selling websites. On this episode they discussed how websites were available for sale ranging from a couple hundred all the way up to thousands of dollars. It was discussed that one could pick up an already existing money producing site and use it as a way to realize passive income. In addition, just like real estate, it was sited that one could sometimes make improvements to the site and then re-sell it for more money. I thought this was a very interesting topic and something I had not heard much about in the past.
I suppose this just proves that you can make money buying and selling almost anything! Leave a comment and let me know that strangest thing you made money buying or selling.
